Rates include cleaning and linen service for up to 4 guests; 2 Night Minimum
Additional guests $25/pp (Maximum 6 at Sylvania Lodge, 8 at Rockcliffe Cottage)

Cleaning Fee: $100 

Pet Fee of $30 to cover additional cleaning involved with pets

Rates do not include sales and occupancy tax (PA 6%, Somerset Cty Occupancy 5%)

* Weekends include Friday-Sunday nights. Holidays are at weekend rates.  

* Quoted rates do not apply to Christmas-New Years Week; Please inquire.

* 3 Night Minimum for Holidays and Peak Summer Weekends
